The DssPTMS® is a project Management and Workflow tool that helps Analyst, Project Manager (PM), Client, and Developer to communicate effectively. Its intelligent reporting system notifies the involved parties on any issues that may delay a successful project delivery.
A project schedule can be imported from MS Project, PVCS, DssAnalystics®, or just created from scratch. The user can do a resource analysis with required skills for assigning the work items.
Developers will be working with their assignments by checking in/out over the Internet or Intranet. The PM will monitor the progress of the projects by using PM screen and reports for each project.
Client will be able to monitor the project progress with high-level managerial reports, or can get involved on every step of development, just like PM.
The tool can also be used to manage workflow on ongoing tasks under different projects with fixed or dynamic resources.
Resource Planning, Skill Training, Skill Monitoring, Project Cost Analysis, and Client Project Management are some functionalities that one can refer to immediately. There are many other functionalities that are project related.
